Wow Week 9 here already! time does fly when your having fun! which is probably what ive been having a bit too much of this past couple of days. iv been really shit at taking my tablet this week, my cousin was down from London Friday so as i knew i was going out i only took 20mg the night before and missed a dose on the friday as we were drinking, then it was my aunties funeral and i knew that it was going to be a knees up afterwards so i missed a dose on the sunday, monday and tuesday, went back on 40mg yesterday. I must say tho, and im not sure if its in my head, when i wasnt taking the tabs i had so much more energy. The gym was a doddle compared to what it has been like lateley as i am sooo lathargic. But my skin looks okay, i think it is getting drier because i havent been using as mush moisturizer as i would normally, i dont like the way it feels but hey ho. my eyes are doing my head in! they feel and look red all the bloody time and generally feel a bit uncomfortable. i have just bought some hypromellose eye drops from Boots at £1.99 they are supposed to be good (you get them behind the counter)i went out for a bike ride (go me!) sunday and my right arm burnt. it would never do that normally, i find all these little changes quietly quite disturbing! its peeled and turning to a tan now. I am going to buy some nipple cream for my lips today, they have started to get better as i havent been taken my meds propery, i find the fact that they started to heal and get back to normal quite comforting knowing i wont have chapped lips forever. I thin i have about another 8 weeks on rocc, to be honest i am happy with the way my skin looks now, i only have one spot and the rest of my skin looks clear.

I have made a new discovery, its a product called the Derma roll supposed to be amazing for Acne Scars there is one by environ that costs around £300 and a nova one that costs around £59 and is to be replaced every 6 months:

description:
The paradox of the Environ Skin Care range is: The healthier the skin is made from topically applying the products and treatments, the more difficult it is for the active ingredients in the products to penetrate into the skin. This is usually due to the stratum corneum become more compact and the epidermis becoming thicker.

The principle behind the Environ Cosmetic Roll-Cit is that it helps to increase penetration of vitamins into the skin. When applied to the surface of the skin, it creates micro channels in the horny layer (surface) of the skin. This layer is the main obstruction to entry into the skin.

Once this layer has been breached the vitamins A, C and E and beta-carotene contained in the skin care products can reach into the depths of the skin more effectively than by simply applying the products to the surface.

benefits of use:
• Restores skin tightness in the early stages of ageing
• Speeds up the reduction of pigmented marks
• Thickens thin skin
• Smoothes fine lines
• Softens scars

• It is not painful.
• It is cost effective as the instrument can last several years.
• Does not damage the skin.
• The skin becomes thicker after 10 – 12 weeks of regular use and continues to get thicker after this.
• Change occurs in dilated blood vessels which may disappear.

Iv heard loads of good things re: scars and i also know a salon owner who stocks it and she is also a fan, i think i will give it ago.

I hope everyone is doing okay,

love Becky xxx
