Hiii

Day one, week eight. Who’d have thought it?!

AMAZING DISCOVERY TIME! A close relative of mine has skin cancer, the kind that you live with and get monthly treatments for. As a result she has really sensitive skin and she reccomended a skincare brand called Seba Med so I got the soap and the shower gel. Ok, on the downside (or maybe upside for er, keen gardeners, men…and chefs?!) it does smell a bit herbacious and manly haha. Although I don’t think the scent stays on you once you’re out the shower. It’s really gentle which is good because I always throught my skin felt tight after using a normal shower gel. The soap can be used on your face but I even just use it to wash my hands because I’m a bit of an avid hand-washer which usually results in horrible dry hands and weird rashes these days. So far, so good!

The spot I had on my chin (which was basically like another face it was so big) has gone. But it left me a replacement slightly below it. Cheers! I actually called my doctor and got a repeat prescription of my last topical cream, zindaclin gel? I think it’s sometimes called clindamycin as well. Anyone else using something like this while they’re on roacc? I think it might be helping!

My nose has been really peely recently aswell but it is a painful mistake to give into peeling - resist! The other day I ran out of Blistex for me lips and for some reason I couldn’t find it anywhere so I had to buy a Neutrogeana Norweigan Formula lip balm thing but it’s dreadful (like putting butter and jam all over your lips perhaps!) and I do not reccommend it.

And one more thing…HALLOWEEN THIS FRIDAY! Hooray! I’m going to party and as I’m dressing up, I’m affraid I’ll have to drink. Just wondered if there’s any benefit in skipping taking Roacc for that day to avoid the usual drinking side effects?

Hit me with some comments. I hope you all have a super halloween! And nice skin! :D

Heya,

I have been on Roacc for about 6 weeks now. Having a very busy social life = lots of drinking, which I know I should avoid. It has not effected me in the slightest way, in fact I am feeling better the morning after. Hope all goes well.
