Ive been on Roaccutane for about 7 weeks and I’ve had my ups and downs. In the first three weeks my skin improved phenomenally. But as the weeks went on my skin gradually got worse. I got break-outs on my forehead and my chin (where I have never had one before). I am 40mg and I hope that my dermatoligist will increase my dosage.

Any suggestions to help aid the process?

Thanks

It gets better; time is the only answer with this drug. My face is looking the best it has for 10 years. I still have problems on back and chest areas. I am now 18 weeks into treatment. I would really like to come off it soon but we will have to wait and see how these next 3 weeks go. If I am not ready then I am not ready. What are 5 / 6 months for a life time of clear skin?

i was on roaccutane and i did see improvements while on the drug but the real difference was a couple of weeks to a month after you are of the drug.
