This has been a terrible week skin-wise. I’ve had loads of new spots, most of them of the huge, painful, lurking under the surface variety. I have also developed a rather unsightly rash on the right side of my neck and on the back of my hands. I thought I’d been through the initial breakout a few weeks ago but it didn’t seem too bad. This is horrendous and just like the old pre-roaccutane days! Not happy

Hey Nancy,
I think the hand rash and breakout must be linked. Week 3 was great for me, but now near week 6 i have a huuge breakout and rashy hands and arms :(!
Apparantly week 10 is the turning point. Here’s hoping :p

Cheers, Andy. I really appreciate the kind words. It helps knowing there’s someone out there at the same stage of treatment going through the same stuff (not that I’d wish it upon anyone!). Let’s hope week 10 is a goodie!
