Yeah so six weeks and my skin isnt even that dry, and i havent really had any more flare ups than usual. Even though Im only on 40mg, I would have thought something more dramatic would have happened. I count myself lucky that the nasty side effects havent come into play, but Im still on this to improve my skin and i have seen no sign of that happening. Anybody had similar experiences? Im on holiday with my friends soon, and i had hoped i wouldnt go feeling as disgusted by my own face as i have been for the last few years. Guess not.

sorry to hear the roac isn’t doing much for you so far. have you seen your derm and explained there’s been little effect? maybe they could increase your dose a bit or something.
hope things start happening for you soon.
