Saw derm yesterday who gave me another month’s worth of this fabulous drug! Not a lot to report this week except that skin is definitely beginning to look and feel flatter. Also (although I wouldn’t recommend this) had a bit of a scrubathon over my chin area as was getting so frustrated with both the blackheads and the peeling mess that was making it so hard for me to apply makeup. Inevitably was left with raw patches that scabbed over and lasted for a long time, but in the aftermath it is possible to see that quite a few of the blackheads on my chin have gone. Don’t know how permanent this is, but it’s given me hope. N.B. Please don’t follow my example - just let the roaccutane do its thing. I’m sure derm would be horrified if she knew I’d tried to speed the process up!
