So it’s half way through week 2 and I woke up this morning looking like a sunburnt alcoholic. Hot.

The skin on my face is really dry so I’ve been using Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturiser which seems to be doing the trick. My hands and neck were really dry aswell which is annoying and I keep getting patches that are so dry they get itchy. Loving it haha. My eyes aren’t dry though! And my lips are mostly fine aswell - hurrah! Blistex rules.

As for spots, well, what can I say? Hideous is one word for it. A multitude of spots! And every time I think I’m finally getting rid of them, I can feel evil ones lurking under my skin again. I start my new job next Wednesday and I can only hope that my skin is a little bit better? Maybe?

Oh and my back is sore and so is my neck and I feel like a pensioner.

Other than that, life is good!

Hit me with some comments fellow pill poppers :D

Hey :D,

i finished taking roaccutane about 2 months ago and yh,
it worked the only thing i can say about it is that there will be loads of side effects and you cant escape them but just keep at it, the results are really good at the end, i suffered from side effects such as mood swings haha, depression and most of all HEADACHES, but like i said keep at it :D:D

Hellooo Fay, oh dear, the dry scalp sounds really awful! :( What are you using for that? T-Gel? I think I might just be paranoid now but everytime some one talks about dry, flaky scalp…I start scratching my head?! hahaha. Cool that we’re at the same place in our course, what mg are you on?

Yep Toryn, I’m ready for whatevers coming!! Recently the theme tune from Team America has been going through my head but instead of ‘America’ they say ‘Roaccutane’ haha…hmm, I think it’s effecting my brain! :D

Luckily this has eased now. The lastest is eczema all over my ahoulders and upper arms :-( oh and a horrible rash all over my top lip and chin due to an incident with Immac (don’t ask, yes i am a fool!)

Hello ladies,

Aww Toria that sucks! I always get my eyebrows waxed…and now I can’t! And do any of you know if it’s ok to use hair removal creams? I hope you’re wee arms and shoulders get better hun! I totally understand the ache thing. I literally just can’t get comfy ever!!! Sick in there :)

Oh we’re pretty much in the same place Anna! I’m hoping I don’t get the dry scalp. My face is like so dry that I’ll put on moisturiser and about half an hour later it feels dry again! Whaaaat. It’s madness. Yeah please do keep in touch! Let me know how you’re getting on!
