Well this is the 14th day of my treatment and so far, things are good. The dryness isn’t unbearable, and E45 works brilliantly. Also, Blistex for the lips has been a real life saver.

My skin is pretty good actually. The dryness is a nice change and I havent had many new spots. The initial breakout seems to be done with (fingers crossed) although my face looks generally a bit more pink now. But still, I’m quite happy with my skin at the moment so hopefully it’ll last!

I’m off to Reading festival this weekend so not being able to drink is frankly,  a pain in the arse. Still, the lineup is unbelievable so it could be worse. Definitely worth it for the long term gains.

Oh the main issue for me at the moment is an itchy scalp and also a painful back!!

So that’s me summed up, hopefully week 3 won’t bring terrible breakouts heh.

Hope you’re all well

I know what you mean about the itchy scalp! I was at work and people must have thought i had some kinda problem!! and then when you scratch it you end up with a white cloud of it coming from your head! not very attractive to say the least!!

I’ve had such an itchy scalp the past few days and I agree it really isnt attractive! I find if I give my scalp a really good scrub when I wash my hair it wards off any flakiness for at least the next day!
I’m off to a fest this weekend too (Creamfields) and I’m not really too bothered about drinking either since drinks are so expensive! I went to leeds in 06 and 07, have fun at reading!

Thanks all!

Fingers crossed Matt, it hasn’t been a bad week. I haven’t been washing my hair all that often to be honest mostly cos I’ve been doing some evil hours at work. It comes and goes though, so it could be worse.

Alison: Reading ‘06 was immense I have to say. This is my fourth time now so I feel well prepared! I also feel a lot older then when I first went (’04)! I know what you mean about the cost as well, I’m secrectly kinda glad, I’m also not a fan of lugging crates of booze around!
