Im only on 40 milligrams, but even so after 4 weeks of Roaccutane Im a bit surprised to see very little change. My skin isnt even that dry, just my lips. If Im honest my acne is nowhere near severe, and I feel for you guys who do have it that badly, but I wouldve thought Id have seen some more changes, or felt some side effects. Thoughts?

- this is normal - i started off on 30mg for the 1st 4 weeks and got a really bad outburst! they then boosted me up to 60mg and after 2 months i started to see a difference, im nearly at 5 months now and my skin is clear about from red sore patches.
my acne was not bad either, just stubborn! nothing could clear it.
my so glad i decided to take this drug - even though im in complete agony with muscle ache all of the time…
