October 29th, 2009I’ve got a bloody huge spot that’s appeared today under my nose, right on my top lip. It’s like a little moustache and so flaming obvious with it’s huge white head. It might as well introduce itself to people it’s that big. Gahhh!!!! I’m going out tomorrow night. And it’s damned sore too.

Ah! You get what I get it!
And I’ll bet it’s jolly painful as well?
I used to get them (when I was younger) when I was worried about something and particularly if I was going to go out on a date. I used to think it was sod’s law but my Mum always thought that I’d get so worked up I’d almost create it.
There are two ways of dealing with these and neither are nice:
1. When you can feel it and just about see it, sear it with hot water and squeeze out until it bleeds. I find this the better option of the two because it’s less likely to come back.
2. When it’s at it’s biggest (which it sounds to be), sear it with hot water and squeeze out until bleeds. It sounds the same, but here’s the difference. When it’s at its biggest, mine always came back a day or so later. So you have to keep getting rid of the gunk inside for the next couple of days.
Both of this options should be finished with some sort of antiseptic whether it’s surgical spirit, diluted dettol or diluted tea tree oil. And just dabbed gently onto the spot for the next few days.
It will make your eyes water, but it will get rid of it.
