theunknownstuntman: Day 1 – A new beginning

Well, I’m 36 and was told I’d grow out of my acne when I was 16! Finally after trying everything under the sun (sound familiar?) I’ve been prescribed Roaccutane.

Started on 30mg today. Bloods in 4 weeks, check up in 6 weeks.

I mostly suffer with acne all over my shoulders and back – bacne if you like.  But do get quite bad break outs on my face, neck and upper arms.

Well, here’s Day 1 ending. Fingers crossed it works!

    Good luck! I’m only 5 weeks from the end and all I can say is, hang in there when it gets tough; it is so worth it.

    Thanks Vivi, yeah, I know its going to be worth it, and this place is great for support. Don’t yet know how long I’m going to be on Roacc, but here’s to hoping it works first time!
