I am at the start of week 3…I have “lumps” on my face. Some old and some new ones since I have started Roacc and I have tiny white heads under the skin which I am sure will erupt in to monsters and I am so freaking out about that and it hasn’t even hapened!
Side affects so far have been severe headaches in week one and in week two dry lips and I feel tired. My scalp was very itchy too and it drove me crazy and I have dandruff 
some of the lumps have cleared but others just appeared from tiny ones in to full fledged lumps and are not going down.
I am also putting duac on top. Skin hasn’t been that dry to put cream on it. Been cleansing it at night only. Not wearing any make up as I think that made it worse…but God I look awful…
I am on 60 will see my Derm after two months..well a month and a week now and he said I had Grade 5 acne which is moderate.
