Hi guys,I realise I have been a bit slack with writing on here recently so my apologies.

I had my 3 month dermo appointment last week and she said that although I was told at the beginning of my treatment that it was a 4 month course, it is actually a 6 month course. So although I thought I only had 1 month left, I am actually only half way. As long as it works, I don’t mind doing a 6 month stretch.

I have been experiencing an eczema type rash on my arms adn hands which often reacts with products and even the hot water sometimes (a good reason not to do the washing up!hehe)

My lips have been very painful and practically ripped when I smiled yesterday. I am yet to find a good enough lipsalve but I will continue looking.

I use Boots No.7 day cream on my face in the mornings and find that this is usually enough to last the whole day.
I have also found dry patches on my upper body, usually down my sides which can be rectified with a good non-perfumed moisturiser.

My skin has been smooth recently with the occasional spot but the red from my scarring is still very visible, especially to me.

I have also had the occasional nose bleed, which isn’t very easy to hide when in a club!

As far as my mood, I have been a little bit down, which isnt helped by the fact that I may be being made redundant soon…booooo!

I hope everyone is doing ok…remember, wear sunscreen, summer is on its way!

Ref: lips, I can’t recommend this stuff enough; Carmex Lip Balm. It has worked brilliantly for me and my lips have not cracked once since I have been using it which I think is more than any of us could ask for.

It comes in a little yellow and white pot that looks something like this:

Even better it’s only about £2.50. If you’re feeling a bit down, get your chin up and remember you probably won’t ever see another spot on there again after the next couple of months. Best of luck with everything.
