ok, im coming into week 4 and i have the most itchy knuckles on my right hand. Like wat is that all about???? my hands arent dry or red and i dont have a rash. hydrocortisone is giving me relief for all of 15minutes. anyway, rant over.

after almost 15 years of persistent acne and various treatments ive finally started roaccutane. Just wish id had the nerve to go on it years ago. A big problem for me too is the horrible red scar that my spots have left. with no make-up on u cud play dot-to-dot on my face with the scars alone. Well heres hoping the big R works!!!

I think you can get itches pretty much anywhere while on roacc, arms and hands were the worst for me. my arms were so bad I had scratches and scabs all over them from itching!!! just keep moisturising and you should be fine.

Me too! I often find myself absentmindedly scratching my arms and then I look down and see all dead skin on the floor next to me, sooo gross! Moisturise moisturise moisturise!

I was itchy too, but I think it’s because my skin was dry. Aquaphor on my hands really helped moisturize them and keep them moisturized for awhile. (I carry some around for my lips anyway!)

cheers guys, my hands arent dry but im moisturising plenty anyway. Ive had no itch from sunday but im now coming out in tiny mysterious cuts on them. There really are some random effects!!!
