Four months into my Roaccutane treatment, i have experienced a few nosebleeds. A good way to prevent them though is by making sure you take your tablet before 6pm and before you go to bed put a little vaseline just on the edge of the inside of your nose, it thickens the lining so you should stay nosebleed free.

I always take my roaccutane with lunch and have used Vaseline to no avail. My nose bleeds most days, entirely unprovoked!
