God - I’ve had an absolute shocker the past couple of weeks. Migraines and joint aches kept me off work last week and although they have eased, they’re still lingering. I’ve continued to breakout aswell, have small nose bleeds and really dry, sore eyes. On the plus side, I haven’t needed to wash my hair for donkeys years, although I gave in and did it yesterday out of pure disgust rather than because it actually needed a wash!Im having my wisdom tooth out tomorrow - im kind of hoping the painkillers they give me also help with the other pains. I haven’t been to the gym in over a month so am also worried about my cholesterol levels etc…..not loving it at the moment!!

Hope it gets better soon :o(

Sounds like you are having a rocky ride you poor thing. I have read you past entries and it seems we’re pretty similar - I’m 24 and although I haven’t been tested for polycystic ovaries I feel it’s likely I have them. I have a regular cycle so as soon as docs know that they wont entertain the possibility any further.

All of my spot are in the lower half of my face, 80% on the jaw line and damn painful!

Anyway, i had 4 weeks on 20mg and just had one week on 40mg. As yet side effects okay other than the standard dryness.

Good luck with the tooth out and keep me posted on your progress. Just stay as positive as you can - I am SURE that mind has masses to do with Ro working well!

hi Claire interesting read,i would just like to say that i took Roaccutane, for a 6 months course, when i was 20,this was in 1989,and im still benefiting from the effects, which is very clear skin, but not only that ,a very positive sideffect,is that your skin regenerates much quicker than normal,in fact my only cleaning regime is to scrub my face about 5 days week with a body polish, this scrubing and regenerating means that even though i am a man of 38.5 years people are shocked to learn my true age and insist that i am mid to late twentys.the only give away sign is my receding hair! so remember dont smoke and drink plenty of water, and you should stay young looking for years to come.
