Does it make a difference if in the middle of my course i switched from generic to the real roaccutane pills?

nope, it’s all exactly the same ingredients, just the people who first invented ‘roaccutane’ hold off or a while before they let other companies make it ‘generically’ so they can make their money back.

Hi,
Brand ‘roaccutane’ is made by Roche who origionally done all of the research in order to be able to bring the drug on to the market. That is why the brand product cost more than the generic products, because Roche needs to make the money back from the cost of the research (millions of pounds). In order to stop other companies making generic products immediately Roche patented isotretinoin to give it a chance to ‘dominate the market’ and make it’s money back. Generic ‘roaccutane’ is exactily the same as the brand product but simply made by a different company (when Roche’s patent expired).
