I finished about 12 days on the new dose of 40mg/day (42 days on the drug total). I did develop more spots:( Funnily enough, the majority of them didn’t crop up on my face. I had more pop up on my arms, back, and chest than on my face. Weird.

One month on accutane! Saw my derm today and she upped my dose to 40mg/day. So far I’ve been pretty lucky. I haven’t had the dreaded breakout (yet) and it’s really only been my lips that have dried out. I do have an interesting dry spot on my left hand though-need to keep moisturizing better.
