Tonight I’ve taken my last tablets. I’ve consumed 8400 mgs and I weight (on average) 56 kgs. I’m happy becuase I’ve taken 150 mgs per kg of body weight which I believe (from reading the Journal of Dermatology) has the best chance of long term success.
