Right then ladies and fellas I want you to help me out by casting a vote over what I should do about a particularly large and stubborn blackhead.
Its been on my chin for months and while all the others pushed out ages ago this one stayed put and grew. Its now sticking right out.
I have been putting sudocrem on it but its made naff all difference. So, to squeeze or not to squeeze? Or anything else?

I have had the same experience with a blackhead and it wasn’t even noticible but I new it was there and it was getting on my nerves so what did I end up doing, squeezing and squeezing but it just didnt want to come out so I kept on squeezing until it did and when i wiped the area my skin just peeled right off down to the fleshy parts where it was pussing and I am not kidding. So because of the puss it had to scab over which looked a mess. It may just be that my skin it very sensitive at the moment but if its not that noticicble I would def not recommend. And to top it all off I have ended up with a huge spot right next to the scab so my face is in a bit of a state at the moment. hopefully things will get better! x

I’d have to get rid of it. If you decide to do it just be gentle. If it doesn’t want to go don’t overdo it. Maybe try after a hot bath.

I’ve got the same problem on my nose! Last week I started to squeeze the blackheads out, there were a few stubborn ones which I really at it …hard. After I’d finished my nose was bright red, skin started to peel. The next morning
I looked into the mirror and shock horror! my nose was red and raw, I looked like a clown it was hideous. Anyway, ended up staying in for 4 days. New blackheads have now formed since and yes I am very tempted to squeeze them again but maybe be a bit more gentle this time. GOOD LUCK!
