Hi all,
Well this week has gone so fast. Although I haven’t really done much with my week outside of work! I’ve just spent the last 2 hours trying to find a half-decent package deal for my brother and his wife to go to London to see Dirty Dancing for their anniversary.. there are so many websites! I have no idea what a good price is!! Help is welcome from any theatre buffs on here :p.
Anywayz, my skin: My face has been healing nicely since last week’s disastrous acne carnage over my face (okay slight hyperbole), but it’s a bit better! Has anyone noticed how your skin looks older?!? I can’t describe how.. but my skin on my face just looks older. Obviously this isn’t a good sign, and I hope it’s just my neurotic self seeing things!
My main issue this week has been ridiculous tiredness. I’ve been trying to get 10 hours sleep per night, but still by 3pm in the afternoon I have huge black-bags under my eyes and feel exhausted. Every morning when i wake up, my eyes feel really heavy, and I just feel like rolling over and going back to sleep! This is affecting my mood quite significantly, where some times I feel angry at everyone for no reason.. it’s like being a teenager again hehe.. My poor flatmate and friends! I don’t really smoke that much (like 5 cigarettes max per week normally lol). But I am finding I am craving them more. This is likely due to my dip in mood and my body trying to raise it’s happy levels.
I read somewhere on here that somebody changed to taking their tablets in the evening, and this helped with the tiredness. I may try this. I think the best way would be to try and take my tablets later by an hour or so each day, slowly switching over from a mane to a nocte dose.
I’ve got my first dermatology appointment since my initial consultation on Friday 5th. I assume they will take bloods, and not alter my dosage as 70mg is quite high already!
Anywayz, that’s all from me. Quite a boring week, but also quite a good week overall.. skin looking better, just too tired to function well in it!
